  1. Identify your Target Market(s) and Ideal Client. It doesn’t do any good to market to everyone that needs cleaning services if you end up spending money on less-than-ideal clients.
  2. Identify your Core Difference. What makes you different and better than your competitors? Without knowing that, your prospects will compare you on price, which drives down profit. And you didn't go into business for low profits!
  3. Communicate using verbiage that converts. When you take the information in Steps 1 and 2 and use verbiage that resonates with your ideal client, you’ve got a better chance of converting them.
